Score for the Cure 2021
Congratulations to Score for the Cure for raising more than $30,000. Proceeds from the event will fund research and advocacy initiatives to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. The event was held on August 14, 2021 at the Revolution Ice Gardens in Warmister, Pennsylvania. In addition to two tournaments with special guests Brian Propp and Riley Cote, formerly of the Philadelphia Flyers, the event also featured Revolution Loop - a 5K race, a cornhole tournament, family fun activities, delicious food, and live music. Moving Crew NJ was proud to sponsor Goalie Michael Rosenthal in the youth exibition game.
Walk to Cure Arthritis 2021
The Walk to Cure Arthritis was a huge success. The Moving Crew NJ team exceeded our goal of raising $1,054 to become one of the top teams to secure donations. Why the extra 54? Because more than 54 million people in the United States suffer from some form of arthritis including 300,000 children. Stacey and Bentley (the little dog) also walked 54 miles to show their support. Because the event was virtual, the Crew held our own event on the official walk day. Thank you to all who donated. The Walk raised more than $32,000 for research and life-saving treatments.
South Brunswick High School
Project Graduation 2021
Because our customers purchased tickets for the South Brunswick High School Project Graduation Tricky Tray and because Moving Crew NJ was a VIP sponsor, the organization was able to raise more than $17,000. This money defrayed the cost of busing and admission for the high school seniors that participated in the Project Graduation event. This event gives the graduates a place to celebrate their biggest acheivement thus far in a drug-free, alcohol-free, tobacco-free environment. It's always a fun night for the kids.
